Marine
At sea there is no roadside.

The range
Salt air corrodes, humidity condenses in crankcases, and a failure at sea is a recovery rather than a repair.
NAVIX oils cover outboards and small craft: VR-3, an NMMA TC-W3 two-stroke oil that burns clean at high fuel ratios, and XL-4, an FC-W four-stroke oil built for the corrosion an outboard lives with. MARIDEX trunk piston engine oils serve medium-speed diesels in workboats, ferries and auxiliaries, in a TBN series from 7.5 to 50 that is selected against the sulphur content of the fuel, not the size of the engine. MARIDEX ZF, to ZF TE-ML 04C, covers the marine gearbox.
- NAVIX: NMMA TC-W3 and FC-W outboard oils
- MARIDEX: TBN 7.5 to 50, trunk piston diesel
- TBN selected against fuel sulphur content

NAVIX
NAVIX VR-3, a two-stroke outboard oil to NMMA TC-W3, pre-diluted to mix with petrol at all temperatures, and NAVIX XL-4, a semi-synthetic four-stroke SAE 10W-40 oil to NMMA FC-W for outboard, inboard and personal watercraft engines.

MARIDEX
MARIDEX trunk piston engine oils serve medium speed engines, MARIDEX 7.5 to 20 on distillate fuel and MARIDEX 30, 40 and 50 on residual fuel; MARIDEX ZF completes the range. The number is the base number: the higher it is, the more sulphur the fuel may carry.
